Hi, my name is Michaela Tasgal and I’ve been in the instructor industry since 1999.
I trained to be a driving instructor with BSM, and qualified with my DSA ADI qualification in August 1999.
Whilst working for BSM, I became the senior driving instructor. In 2003, I started to get involved in instructor training and gained my DSA ORDIT (Official Register for Driving Instructor Training).
In 2004, I got promoted to become instructor trainer for the north west where I was then doing instructor training full time.
In the meantime, I also gained an NVQ level 3 in driving instruction.
In 2008, after 9 happy and successful years at BSM, I moved from Manchester to Surbiton, Surrey, and fulfilled my ambition by setting up Michaela’s School of Motoring.
Teaching people to drive safely for life is something that I’m very passionate about, and in the years that I’ve been doing driving instructor training, I have passed this love of driving onto many others.
Teaching learners this new skill that they will have for the rest of their lives is exceedingly rewarding.
When you train to be an instructor with me, it will be an enjoyable learning experience, with my up – to – date and easy to understand training methods.
My previous PDIs have described me and my instructing as "thorough", "having high standards", "patient",
"firm but friendly" and "calm".
See "testimonials" for more.
I will pass on my love of safe driving onto you.
Safe driving for life, not just for test.
